• Live with the child at least half the time
• Have a total household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level

Recipients were selected at random from eligible applicants. The program not only offers cash but also provides financial literacy workshops, one-on-one coaching, and budgeting help. Payments continue through July 2026.
